In the event that a delivered product is defect, and you discover such defect within three (3) years from your purchase, you can return the product to us. Defects do not include normal wear and tear, aging or damage which is done to the product after the product has been delivered to you. The return of a defect product shall be made as soon as the defect is discovered. In order to return defect products, please contact us at info@stierna.com. Remember that a receipt of the purchase must be presented. If the product, in Stierna’s reasonable opinion, was defect at the time of your purchase Stierna will mend the defect, send you a new product or compensate you by refunding the purchase price (considering the amount of time the product has been in use).
